Where to go: CTC Conservation Center in Mpigi
Activities & Attractions: Interacting with Lions, Zebras, Impalas, Chameleons, Bat-eared Foxes, Tortoises, baby crocodiles, snakes and other animals
The driver will pick you up from your place of residence and transfer you to the CTC conservation center, which is approximately a 1.5-hour drive from Kampala. At the center, you can spend an hour with lion cubs aged 3 to 6 months. Afterward, you will return to the city for lunch and a visit to the African craft village before heading back to your hotel.
After breakfast, the driver will pick you up from your place of residence and transfer you to CTC Conservation Center. Upon arrival, the team will brief you on the dos and don’ts of the center before you embark on your day’s experience. This option will give you approximately a 2.5 to 3-hour tour, including interactions with young lions (3-6 months old), zebras, impalas, chameleons, bat-eared foxes, tortoises, baby crocodiles, snakes, and other animals. You will later be transferred back to Kampala at your leisure.
